As one who enjoys interacting with people, I have focused my professional career on utilizing my skills and knowledge in working with people. For the last 30 years, as a Realtor, I have had numerous opportunities to exercise these skills while successfully communicating with my clients and associates. Much of my success as a Realtor results from my ability to attain fair, honest negotiations of transactions in an amenable manner. Being meticulous in all matters of detail has smoothed the path of my professional growth. 

Creativity coupled with enthusiasm has been my mainstays.  I've been involved with sales and/or development of hundreds of homes, new & resale.

Chip Muenze has 30 years of experience, represented award-winning builders and earned the prestigious designation Member of the Institution of Residential Marketing (MIRM) from the National Association of Homebuilders. MIRM members are an elite group of new home specialist nation wide and Chip is one of only two that hold this designation in the state of New Mexico.

Recipient of Home Builder Association of Central New Mexico Salesperson of the Year and the Albuquerque Board of Realtors Salesperson of the Year. In addition to new homes expertise, Chip has been involved with the development and sale of hundreds of residential building lots. Chip is a property owner in the Knolls of Paridise Hills.
